I am back this week with Superior Events Group Inc., to bring you through this year’s Toronto’s Rib, Bacon & BBQ Festival at Downsview Park this Labour Day long weekend. Previously known as Downsview Park Rib Fest, this year they expanded their traditional rib fest food fare by including delicious bacon and BBQ treats.

From Friday August 31st, 2018 to Monday September 3rd, you can eat your way through the meaty goodness with the entire family while enjoying the live music, a kids midway and more. Toronto’s Rib, Bacon & BBQ Fest gives you hardcore foodies an opportunity to enjoy celebrity chef demonstrations featuring celebrity chef Rob Rainford!

Crafting for a Cure is Toronto’s Rib, Bacon & BBQ Fest’s benefiting charity this year. Crafting for a Cure is a not-for-profit registered children’s charity that looks for opportunities to ensure children are having a positive experience when a hospital visit is necessary.
Committed to Crafting is one of three programs that creates craft kits for children shipping to over 100 hospitals throughout Canada, USA, and few international countries such as Israel, Jamaica, Kenya, India and Tanzania. The second program created is known as “Creating Breathing Space”, a program designed to help teen mental health wards in hospitals throughout Canada, USA and Israel. “Smiles For All” is the last program, a ballet program where ballerinas perform in hospitals done in Toronto, New York and launching in Dallas.
