Here’s the truth…

I’m going to keep this short and simple. There is major stigma around mental health 👊🏽. And I have and still am experiencing it. Whether I was 5 years old, 13, or 24. Growing up I was always that super sensitive kid, complaining about how I didn’t feel good, which eventually, I was seen as a liar. Still up until this day, that still could be true, but you know what, I DO NOT CARE.

I know that I’m not a liar because when I have a bad panic attack, I feel like the world is spinning, that I can’t breathe properly, that I do not know who I am anymore. It’s in these moments, that I know I am alive and so much better. That my mental health and awareness in life should not be surrounded by these negative thoughts. No, I do not have it together. My social media presence is there, but what isn’t are the BATTLES we go through on a daily basis. You just can’t see it. JUST LIKE MY ANXIETY.
